What do you offer to support colleagues’ well-being?
Sarah: We have an Employee Assistance Programme available 24/7, which offers emotional support, to legal and financial advice. We also support colleagues through different stages in their life via Peppy Health; an app that provides free access to leading health experts, helping you optimise your health and fitness, offering support from fertility and early parenthood, through to Menopause and Men’s Health.
